It is advised that you encourage all your members to create a user name by using their full last name and the initial of their first name (as one word) to make it easier for you to identify them as a member.

If they have already joined SkiHitch and created a user name that doesn’t easily identify them as a member, they have been instructed to send you an E-mail letting you know their full name and the user name they created. You need to keep this information around until you are notified by the SkiHitch system via E-mail that there is a request form someone to join your board.
